“I have been to Haiti twice so far, and both times it has been an unbelievable adventure. I have had the ability to find myself and my passion, while at the same time spending my days alongside others who are trying to do the same. Working next to the Haitian workers is not only rewarding, but educational as well. It is unbelievable how quickly you are able to bond with these amazing people. In just 7 days, you are able to leave with a heart full of love, faith, and hope. Thank you, thank you, THANK YOU for allowing me to become a part of Be Like Brit! I am already looking forward to my next trips!” – Melissa

My experience as a Britsionary in Haiti was the best experience of my life. We were not just in Haiti to help construct the orphanage, but we were there to learn about the Haitian culture and lifestyle as well. I think it was absolutely incredible that we were able to hike Mt. St. Etienne together, and I absolutely adored going to Mission of Hope to attend church and visit the students. I honestly don’t think my experience there could have gone any better! – Melissa
Thank you so much to the entire BLB team for making this trip a wonderful experience. I want you to realize how much of a profound effect you have had on all of us, and this trip will never be forgotten. I made so many new friendships w/ the Mission2Go group, the Haitian workers and children, Kristen, and had the opportunity to get closer with Len. Thank you for making this trip possible, from the bottom of my heart! – Kelly

My son Nick & I went on the April 7-14 Britsionary trip. It was my first such trip & I had no idea what to expect. It was an amazing experience for both my son & me, something we plan on doing again. The attention to detail & planning by both Len & Kristin made each day rewarding & meaningful. There was a lot to process everyday & the evening group talks after dinner were very valuable. One of the most rewarding things I have done. I would highly recommend it to anyone. – Jim
This trip was completely life-changing. It is one of the most memorable experiences of my life and I could not be happier with how it went. Thank you so much for giving me the opportunity. – Melissa
My overall experience as a Britsionary is difficult to put in words. Since I have come home I have described the whole experience in different ways to different people. It is difficult to describe if they haven’t been to Haiti. BLB does a great job with their Britsionary program – it well exceeded my expectations! I talk about that a lot!! I feel that building the orphanage goes beyond what others are doing in Haiti and I don’t feel that is is a hand out. It is serving a great purpose and I am honored to have done my small part in helping to build the orphanage. – Susan

I enjoyed every minute of the time there. I met some very good people in our group and we all seemed to “gell” together as a team. That is very difficult to under ordinary work conditions, but I think we had an extraordinary team!!! – Chris
It was a beautiful experience and I feel blessed to have had this opportunity be able to give in this way for Britney and her dream to help the people of Haiti. I felt safe and taken care of while I was there. We worked hard but probably “reaped” much more than we “sowed”. The Haitian people are a very loving people. – Janet
