Spring is such a special time, the days get longer, the air feels lighter, and everything around us starts to grow again. At Brit’s Home, we feel that same energy and possibility in the air.
This Earth Day, our kids got their hands dirty (in the best way!) planting trees all around Brit’s Home. There were big smiles, lots of laughter, and a whole lot of love poured into the land that gives so much to us.
May 1st was also Haiti’s Labor and Agriculture Day, a holiday that celebrates the dignity of work and the importance of agriculture in Haitian life. It’s not just a day off, it’s a day of learning, honoring, and growing.
These springtime celebrations are a beautiful reminder that when you care for something, it grows.
That’s the idea behind our “Plant a Seed of Hope” campaign. We're aiming to welcome 50 new monthly donors at $25 or more friends who want to help our kids grow, dream, and thrive all year long.
đź’š Why your monthly gift matters:
Just like a garden, our kids need consistent love and care. Your support helps us provide meals, healthcare, education, and all the things that let them know they’re safe and supported.
We’ll even be sharing real seeds, similar to the ones planted by our kids, so you can grow something beautiful too. Plant yours and tag us as you watch your garden grow with ours.
Your monthly gift isn’t just a donation. It’s a seed of hope. And when we plant together, amazing things can bloom.
